Heather Riggs

Email: heather@633recovery.com
Heather is a mentor and director for women in recovery at 633 Recovery. From being an addict to being recovered, through the tender love of Christ. God gave Kane and Heather a vision of helping others know that there is hope. Watching others grow in Christ and realize who they are in Christ and not who they used to be is what drives Heather. She has grown in Christ more through working at 633 Recovery and her passion keeps growing just by seeing how God is changing lives and changing her own life. Knowing that Jesus changes lives and that 633 Recovery is a place for someone to come and know that they are safe to do their recovery. She believes and is an advocate that people can fulfill their full potential!

I felt a calling to help men understand prayer, understand their wounds, and help Kane. 633 Recovery has increased my faith seeing the changes in the men as they trust grace more and more. My role at 633 Recovery is to serve as a counselor, prayer helper, support for administrative needs, and Intake coordinator. I believe this is what the church was meant to be. Grace is appreciated by those that understand their needs.

Bobby first got started at 6:33 Recovery Inc. when attending men’s groups. When asked how 6:33 Recovery changed his life he said, “Jeremiah 29:11 – I have found my purpose and it’s here at 633 Recovery.” His current role at 6:33 Recovery is volunteer staff. Encourage and love young men until they learn how to love themselves again. When asking Bobby why he believes in 6:33 Recovery he said, “I’ve witnessed the proof of this program with my own eyes. Seeing young men’s lives being put back together through a discipleship program based on Godly principles.”

Meet The Riggs
“Recovery is tough. But with God all things are possible.”
My name is Kane Riggs, and I am married to Heather Riggs. We have been married for 28 years. We have been together since we were in high school. Heather and I grew up in the small town of Pocola Oklahoma, which is in Southeast Oklahoma. We have three wonderful children. Our only daughter Lauren, who is 13 years old, is an awesome young lady who spends her time learning to become a bull rider and riding horses. Josiah, who is 11 years old, loves to make people laugh, play video games, and has a huge, but soft heart for people. About one year ago, God blessed us with our third son, Jasiah who is 5 years old. We are legal guardians of this young man, and he loves to spend time in the mountains swimming in the creek and just playing and being a boy.
Our entire family loves animals. We have numerous chickens, dogs, cats, mules, and a very obese potbellied pig. We enjoy spending our free time hanging out in the mountains enjoying nature with our family and friends.
Heather and I spent many years living in addiction. We have both been set free from the bondage of addiction for many years now, and our passion and purpose in life is to give others hope today that they can be set free and live a victorious life. No matter what their background and past were like. We stand on the scripture of Matthew 6:33- “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need.”
